oooh, phil I did one of the 30ds workouts - not too bad but crikey moses was I sore the day after (I had done it the day after an 8.5km run for which I was ill prepared.)
Cil, I am always sore the day after 30DS!! But my god it works! I find my tummy is flatter almost instantly! :D
