I always used to treat myself to popcorn at the cinema after my Sunday long runs, not because I LOVE popcorn, but more because my body will still be craving salt, and I didn't want to be taking chicken noodle soup into the cinema!

Whoohoo Phil! 9.2km in 50 mins! That's an awesome speed and close to my PB a few years back. Now I struggle to do 9.2km in under an hour!Must admit, Friday sure took it's time coming this week.You are doing great, particularly keeping up the training in cold London!
