  1. Lovely post! My ingredients for a great day would be a good cup of coffee, a green smoothie, and a good cook book to look through and then make something from!

  3. Beautiful post!

I have a great day by taking the time to really do something for myself and enjoy every minute of it. Going to bed half an hour early with my phone turned OFF, making a pot of my favourite tea, getting up and going for a walk around the block even though I have a deadline (because getting fresh air and enjoying the sunshine is FAR more important than work), calling a friend, etc......

  4. #2 is the best, it made my day when someone at work brought me a cup of coffee exactly how I like it without even asking me haha, and I'm picky with my coffee lol he must have watched me make it in the staff room

  5. Laura #2 (!), I have not only had my husband make me a cup of tea this morning without me asking, but a workmate made me one too - it really does make me feel special :) it's the little things, huh?
