gluten free blogger challenge - day 2

Hello, my name is Philippa and I've been gluten free for two whole days!

    As a glutenfreer (flutengreer?!) myself I absolutely relate to the darned delicate nature of the bread. There's a fantastic GF blogger here who has written a little bit about (some of) the bread, but she is also fantastic generally if you're planning a trip abroad and are glutenfree:

    1. What a fab blog, thank you for sharing! And here I was thinking the Warburtons bread looked ok! The Genius one looks nice too. But the DS bread seems to hold together ok once you get your head around needing to be gentle. And it tastes nice! I am going to make my own GF bread this week too xx
