Congratulations honey! As a glutenfreer (flutengreer?!) myself I absolutely relate to the darned delicate nature of the bread. What a fab blog, thank you for sharing! And here I was thinking the Warburtons bread looked ok! The Genius one looks nice too. But the DS bread seems to hold together ok once you get your head around needing to be gentle. And it tastes nice! I am going to make my own GF bread this week too xx
