E-prizes have been sent directly.  For all the other prizes you just need to supply your address to me, which I will then pass on to the company who will arrange delivery of your prize.  Your details will not be kept by me or used for any purpose other than fulfilling the prize.  Delivery is the responsibility of the company/promoter in question.

Please note that if I don't hear back from you within 48 hours I reserve the right to redraw the prize (s).
